Preserving Pensacola History

Remedy Creative House has launched Project 1559, an initiative to record and preserve the stories of 1559 leaders across Pensacola.

The project will capture conversations with business owners, educators, pastors, first responders, nonprofit directors, and community leaders and seek to highlight the often unseen people shaping our city.

‘We live in a community filled with incredible leaders, whose stories often go untold,’ said Brian Stocks, founder of Remedy Creative House. ‘Our hope is that Project 1559 becomes a living archive of the people who have invested their lives into making Pensacola a better place.’

Each participant will record a professionally produced interview at Remedy Creative House, with episodes released to the public over time. The goal is not celebrity, but legacy, preserving local history through the voices of those who shaped it. We encourage our community to nominate leaders whose stories deserve to be recorded.
